New Phone Number For The Police! -By Ana

There is now a new official phone number for the new zealand police.

The new number is for non-emergencies. If you have a non-emergency you should call 105 now. Police minister Stuart Nash hoping that kind of repetition will make the number as memorable as 111. The police have put a two million dollar marketing budget behind the phone number to ensure every kiwi knows it and when to call it.Image result for new number for police

The new number does not replace 111, it is still the number for emergencies. If you need to report a crime which has already happened, like a burglary or property damage and there is no threat dial 105.

My name is Lucas, from Parkview Parua School. Your recent blog post caught my eye, When I was watching the news a couple days ago, They mentioned the Police having a new none emergency number. It's good to have a blog post explaining it more thoroughly. But I am still a bit confused because, A burglary is still an emergency and should be reported to the proper authorities. Why not take a look at my blog? All the best -Lucas

  7. Hey its Logan from Parkview Parua School here,
I think this post about the new non-emergency number for the police is really good. Maybe next time you could add some more detail and possibly make the font size bigger as it is a bit difficult to read. Overall I find this post very helpful as I have only heard things about this on the radio.
    Thanks and bye! Logan M.

My Name is Natalia From Parkview Parua Elementary school! I was drawn to this blog post because of the title and the picture! Pictures can draw more attention to the post and can catch the reader's eye! and the Title explained the whole subject of the blog post in one sentence! Fun fact, We touched on this subject at current events yesterday! Next time you could make the text size a bit bigger so that its easier to read and you could also say a bit more information about the topic. In conclusion, This is s good quality blog post!
    -Kind regards,Natalia
