The Year 7's Host The Syndicate Assembly 2019! -By Limiteti

Last Monday the year 7's from Room 12 hosted the syndicate assembly. I was very nervous because I had no idea how to produce a syndicate assembly but I wanted to take part of it. In the assembly my part was telling the prefects to come up to do their job.

Well done to Kotipi and Madisyn for receiving a certificate for their hard working in class. In the end I was proud of the syndicate assembly that the year 7's worked together on!

Syndicate Assembly-By Kain

On Monday the 18th March, Room 6 were hosting the assembly for the first time. They started off with everyone singing  the National Anthem and then they asked Miss Riley to come up and lead off to sing the Karakia.

A couple of notices later, the assembly came to an end. As classes took their leave we sang 'Happy'.

My Two Books I Got At Syndicate Assembly-By Storm

I had been chosen to go up and choose two books and the name of the two books I chose was The Ghost Light and The New Girl. I chose those books because they looked and sounded interesting. . I was nervous because as soon as they chose me, I had a numb foot and whenever you have numb feet its means you have pins and needles and that makes you kind of walk like a penguin or cricket which is really embarrassing.  I was extremely nervous and I even had to take a picture.

Our Syndicate Assembly- By Julianne.

On the last Monday before the Easter break, Room12 presented a syndicate assembly.

First we started of with a lovely song called This Is Me by: Kesha.

After we sang it we played our little game called "Syndicates got talent." The contestants from each class were Aleki and Ong Minout from Room 9 who danced to a song called Jump, the contestants from Room 10 were Unita and Reality who sang Flashlight by Jessie J and then, when it was finally our turn our presenters Katrina and Pupuke sang a lovely Maori song called Tiaho Mai Ra.

Then the whole Syndicate finished of with our school song♡

Senior Syndicate Assembly

Syndicate Assembly
Yesterday, Monday the 7th of September 2015 Room 12 once again were assigned to host the Syndicate Assembly
First we had to have someone to be the ‘Master of Ceremony’ which in other words is the ‘Chief Host. Miria volunteered to be the organiser.
For our main attraction we had a Talent Quest performed by a group of people from each senior syndicate class.
We had four judges including Kolotina, Mika, Miria and myself.
At the end of the Talent Quest it was a tie with first place Room 9 and Room 11. In second place Room 10, and Room 12 at third. Sini and Melelose represented our class.
It was really fun and it seemed that our audience enjoyed our presentation.
